Warranty and Returns Policy

All products sold by Dural Irrigation are quality products from major industry suppliers and are covered by full manufacturer's warranty. However, should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Officer by email at customerservice@duralirrigation.com.au with details of the problem and your contact details. We will then contact you to discuss the item and decide on the necessary action as detailed below. We may require you to return the product to us.

We will replace a product or provide a refund including additional freight charges incurred, if:

  1. you receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
  2. you receive a product that has been damaged in transit; or
  3. the product becomes faulty during its warranty period.

We will replace a product or provide a refund (but additional freight charges will be incurred both returning the product and sending the replacement), if:

  1. the product you purchased is no longer required;
  2. you purchased an incorrect product.

We will NOT be in a position to replace a product or provide a refund if:

  1. the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse; or
  2. in the case of a new product, that the product is not returned in an immediately saleable condition.
