Freight Policy - Delivery
We ship within Australia only. Items are generally despatched via courier but may be sent by Australia post if that is more suitable.
Freight is charged per order according to postcode, irrespective of its size, weight or value. Please see the freight charge schedule below for the freight charge for your region.
We currently have a promotion running concurrently with TV advertising for country Victoria and country Western Australia. In these areas and these areas only our freight charge is a flat rate of $10 from 10 February until 20 March 2008.
We aim to despatch orders from our premises within 2-3 working days. Remember to include the transit time for your region from the table below to calculate your delivery time.
If any item is not in stock it may take a few days to receive from our suppliers. We shall advise you by email if any item on your order is back- ordered and in the case of a large order we will usually deliver the in-stock items and forward any back-ordered items as soon as they are available.

Delivery
Delivery is by Courier direct to your nominated address therefore your delivery
address must be a street address and NOT a Post Office Box or RMB.
Dural Irrigation Couriers adopt the following delivery process:
- Our Courier will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you and obtain a signature for proof of delivery;
- If for any reason our Courier is unable to deliver the goods they will leave a card advising of the unsuccessful delivery. You, the Customer, will then need to ring the number on the card to arrange for another delivery.
If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient
and secure location for delivery of the goods.
Confirmation
When you provide a valid email address when ordering online at www.duralirrigation.com.au, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Warranty and Returns Policy
All products sold by Dural Irrigation are quality products from major industry suppliers
and are covered by full manufacturer's warranty. However, should you receive a product
that is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Officer by email at
customerservice@duralirrigation.com.au
with details of the problem and your contact details. We will then contact you to
discuss the item and decide on the necessary action as detailed below. We may require
you to return the product to us.
We will replace a product or provide a refund including additional freight charges
incurred, if:
- you receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
- you receive a product that has been damaged in transit; or
- the product becomes faulty during its warranty period.
We will replace a product or provide a refund (but additional freight charges will
be incurred both returning the product and sending the replacement), if:
- the product you purchased is no longer required;
- you purchased an incorrect product.
We will NOT be in a position to replace a product or provide a refund if:
- the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse; or
- in the case of a new product, that the product is not returned in an immediately saleable condition.
